By using our services you accept these terms and any future modifications. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.
AeroChrome provides consulting, design, development, and related services. Specific deliverables and scopes are defined in individual agreements.
All content, designs, and code created by AeroChrome remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which ownership transfers to the client.
Payments are due per the schedule outlined in your contract. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate.
AeroChrome shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
